Our next HYROX Sim is in the diary.

As close to race day as we can make it - official HYROX equipment, full sled track and runs set out with the ROXZONE in mind so you can properly test yourself before the real thing.

Looking back through all these pictures with our 2nd birthday coming up honestly makes us pinch ourselves a little 🥹💚

We’ve worked SO hard to get The Hub Mcr to where it is now and sometimes I don’t think we actually stop and take in how far it’s come.

Seeing classes fill, new faces coming through the doors every week and watching our little community just keep growing is honestly the best feeling.

We’re so so grateful for the people we have around us. The ones who have been here from the start, the ones who have joined us along the way and even the ones who have only just found us 💚 you’re all a part of what makes The Hub Mcr what it is.

All we’ve ever wanted is a place where literally anyone can walk through the door and feel welcome. It doesn’t matter how fit you are, what you can lift, how fast you are or whether you’ve never stepped foot in a gym before.

12 HOURS. ONE INCREDIBLE COMMUNITY. 💚🥹

We don’t even really know how to put today into words.

REDON 12 was something seriously special.

Watching every single one of you show up, dig deep, push through the tired legs, the tough moments and the hours ticking by… and STILL have a smile on your face honestly made us so proud.

But what got us the most wasn’t just the work.

It was everything in between. 💚

The dancing on the rest periods.
The singing.
The laughing.
The cheering.
The hugs.
The encouragement.
The way we picked each other up when things got tough.

Even 10, 11, 12 hours in… the energy was STILL there. 🥹

There were tired bodies, emotional moments and probably a few times where people wondered how they were going to keep going… But EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. DID. ❤️‍🔥

Everyone who started REDON 12 today FINISHED REDON 12 today.

And we honestly couldn’t be prouder.

These are the days that remind us that The Hub Mcr is so much more than four walls and some gym equipment.

It’s the people. It’s walking through those doors knowing there’s a whole room of people willing you to succeed.

We looked around today and just thought… THIS. This is exactly what we wanted to create. 🥹💚
