My relationship with movement stems from my professional dance background. This has allowed me to find a love for exercise and my passion is to share this with my clients.
I have been working in the fitness industry for over 5 years and absolutely love sharing my knowledge and experience with my clients. When training with me, we will focus on feeling stronger physically and mentally. I can help you gain the knowledge to go into the gym alone and feel confident in what you are doing.
You will learn correct technique and fully understand your body, working with movement, which not only challenges and motivates you, but which you also enjoy and are able to do consistently and sustainably. I can't wait to work with you!

💕 Mental Health Awareness Week - let’s talk about therapy 💕

I’m not sure how related this photo is (what photo do you use to talk about therapy?!) But I couldn’t let Mental Health Awareness Week pass by without talking about my experience with it because I’m not exaggerating when I say it has changed my life.

I spoken on my stories before about how I have been going to therapy for the past 6 months and it is honestly the best thing I have ever done.

The sessions have given me a deeper understanding of myself and others and have helped me to be more trusting of my intuition and to set healthy boundaries to look after myself and my mental health. The whole experience has been so validating and empowering - I honestly can’t recommend it enough.

I completely recognise that paying for therapy is a privilege. I budget for it because there is nothing better to spend your money on in my opinion.

There shouldn’t be a stigma attached to going to therapy - we exercise for our physical health and our mental health deserves the same care and attention. It’s mental housekeeping.

Sending love to anyone struggling with their mental health right now. Please know you are not alone, they way you feel is valid and it will get better ❤️❤️❤️
