Falck Fire Services UK attended the Road to 2030 – UK Morocco Business Forum held in Rabat and Casablanca (02–03 June 2026), exploring how FFS UK can support Morocco’s preparations for the FIFA World Cup 2030⚽

The forum provided valuable insight into the scale of planning and collaboration required to deliver a safe and successful tournament, and the role specialist fire, rescue, and emergency response services can play in supporting world-class event safety and resilience.

Robert Peasgood, Managing Director, and David Rodwell, Commercial Project Manager, represented Falck Fire Services UK and discussed strengthening relationships as Morocco advances its 2030 vision.

A sincere thank you to the Department for Business and Trade and the Embassy team for organising such a valuable and well-coordinated event, bringing together key stakeholders to explore future opportunities for collaboration.

We look forward to continuing the conversation and supporting the journey to 2030!

This Pride Month, we’re turning care into action and standing in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community.

During the month of June, Pride is celebrated around the world to raise awareness and honour the achievements of the LGBTQ+ community in the ongoing struggle for equal rights and recognition.

At Falck, we are committed to care - and to care for others, we must also take care of ourselves. That is why we actively promote engagement, diversity, health, and safety among our employees. We believe that care means showing up for one another, celebrating our differences, and making sure everyone feels safe to be themselves, no matter who they are or who they love.

We are proud to be a global workforce of 25,000 skilled and experienced professionals, spread across 25 countries. And we believe in creating a culture that reflects the communities we serve. Our diverse workplace is where everyone can collaborate and feels respected and valued.

Together, let’s continue building a culture of care where everyone belongs and can be themselves.

We would like to thank our employees for being part of making Falck a safe, inclusive, and supportive place to work.

Happy Pride Month! 🌈

At Falck, our commitment to community goes beyond the services we deliver every day❤️

Recently, our team had the pleasure of visiting Knayton CofE Primary Academy, part of the Elevate Multi-Academy Trust, where we introduced the children to Falck Fire Services and explored the Great Fire of London as part of their national curriculum learning🚒🔥🧯

The pupils showed fantastic curiosity as they learned about the role of a firefighter and had the opportunity to explore a fire appliance up close. It was a brilliant way to bring learning to life and spark interest in fire safety and emergency response🙌

A big thank you to David Rodwell and Howard Carr GiFireE, MJOIFF, Tech.IOSH for leading the visit and helping to make the day such a positive experience for the children⭐⭐

A major expansion programme is currently underway. The UK government has plans to significantly grow nuclear capacity, aiming to quadruple it by 2050 (up to 24 GW) according to the Civil Nuclear Roadmap. This is described as the biggest expansion in 70 years and includes both traditional reactors and new technologies. This expansion will mean 25% of our electricity demand could come from nuclear.

We are looking forward to understanding more about new nuclear in the UK ✅

Falck Fire Services UK Ltd is proud to support International Fire Fighters Day on Monday 04th May 2025.

Firefighters dedicate their lives to the protection of life and property. Sometimes that dedication is in the form of countless hours volunteered over many years, in others it is many selfless years working in the industry. In all cases it risks the ultimate sacrifice of a firefighter’s life.

International Firefighters’ Day (IFFD) is a time where the world’s community can recognise and honour the sacrifices that firefighters make to ensure that their communities and environment are as safe as possible. It is also a day in which current and past firefighters can be thanked for their contributions.

Please join us in a minute's silence at midday on Monday 04th May 2025 to honour all those firefighters who have lost their lives in the line of duty, and to acknowledge the courage and dedication of all our fire and rescue personnel.
