Lets talk Hayley Carter and Enyo Grappling. 💪🏽🔥

Our incredible female coach 'Captain' Hayley Carter has competed at Enyo Grappling for the last few years, always stepping up and putting on a great show.
This year, Hayley was actually due to referee rather than compete. Then, with just a day's notice, she was asked to step in and fight!
And of course… Hayley said yes. 👊
Taking a fight at such short notice takes serious courage, especially against a tough opponent.
It may have been a loss this time but jeez aren't we all inspired.
We're also incredibly lucky to have Hayley as part of our coaching team. Not only is she a brilliant fighter, but she's a fantastic coach and an amazing role model for the women in our club. ❤️
Forever proud. Forever grateful. 🥋❤️

We'll be hosting Daniel Lonero on Tuesday September 22nd 19:30-21:30 in place of the regular classes for a cost of £35 per person.

Daniel has been grappling since 1995 and training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 1999, bringing over three decades of experience to the mat.

Daniel earned his BJJ Black belt under the Rickson Gracie Association via Craig Husband.

Through this lineage, Daniel has developed a deep understanding of Rickson Gracie’s principles and Invisible Jiu-Jitsu — the often unseen details of connection, structure, pressure, weight distribution, sensitivity and efficiency that can transform how Jiu-Jitsu feels and functions.

Daniel has an exceptional ability to make these subtle concepts understandable and immediately applicable. Rather than simply giving you more techniques, he teaches game-changing concepts that enhance the Jiu-Jitsu you already have — improving your control, efficiency and effectiveness across your entire game.

No booking necessary, just show up and pay on the day. 👌
