What an incredible seminar! A massive thank you to sam “urai” creasey for sharing his knowledge, experience and expertise with us at Total Grappling.
There was so much to take away, from the techniques and details to the little adjustments that can make such a big difference on the mats. We all came away having learnt something new and with plenty to work on! 💪

We are excited to host professional MMA fighter Sam Creasey for a wrestling seminar on August 9th at 12pm.

Sam is an incredible martial artist having held titles in both the Cage Warriors and Oktagon MMA 125lb Divisions.

You'll often see Sam's opponents taken to the mat via highly effective upper-body takedowns during his bouts.

Come along to learn some battle tested stand-up grappling skills from one of the best in the business.

The session will be nogi and suitable for all experience levels.
