Tonight’s class will be outside in the courtyard, which is lovely and shaded. I think the hall will be a little too warm for us this evening, so we’re taking advantage of the fresh air instead!

Thank you all for such an amazing week. Every single class has been so good, and I leave each one feeling incredibly grateful for this wonderful community we have built together.

I’m taking a slightly longer weekend this week as I won’t be teaching tomorrow. Unfortunately, I’ve picked up a foot injury which NEEDS some TLC, rest, and a chance to recover properly.

Thank you for making this community what it is. Thank you for always showing up, supporting one another, bringing your energy, and being willing to come along with me on whatever journey, idea, song, class, or adventure I decide to take you on next!

Have a lovely weekend, take some time for yourselves, and if you could send my foot a little healing energy, I’d be very grateful! ✨
