🐶 THE ADVENTURES OF COLIN AKA CLUBBER THE FLUMP

Evening everyone 👋🏻

It’s that time again… another weekly update from the hardest-working sausage in North Shields.

And as you can see from the first photo, I’m absolutely exhausted.

Being this handsome is a full-time job.

This week I’ve mainly been concentrating on the important things in life…

Eating.

Chewing absolutely anything I can get my teeth around.

Following Dad everywhere he goes.

Lying on him whenever he sits down.

And generally making sure he gets absolutely no personal space whatsoever. 😂

I’ve also been out on my daily adventures, meeting more dogs and continuing my mission to become the most sociable little sausage in the North East.

Obviously no adventure is complete without refreshments…

So Dad took me down to The Lock by the marina, where I enjoyed another pup cup. 🐶🍦

I’m starting to understand how this works now…

Go for walk ➡️ look cute ➡️ Dad buys pup cup.

It’s a solid system and I see absolutely no reason to change it. 😂

I’m currently considering putting “Professional Pup Cup Reviewer” in my Instagram bio.

So far everywhere gets 10/10.

Although to be fair… I’d eat one in a bus shelter. 😂

The highlight of my week though was seeing Woody in the park. 🐶❤️

Woody is my very best mate.

Whenever we see each other it’s straight over for a sniff, a play and a catch-up about everything that’s happened since we last met.

Mainly sticks, food and which humans are easiest to manipulate for treats.

Important stuff.

Dad reckons I’m growing up fast now, but I keep reminding him that I’m still small enough to climb on top of him, chew things while sitting on him and demand cuddles whenever I fancy them.

And if that doesn’t work…

I just stare at him with these eyes. 🥺

Works every single time.

Anyway, another successful week completed.

Eat. Sleep. Play. Pup cup. Cause chaos. Find Dad. Repeat.

Life as Clubber the Flump is pretty bloody good. 🐶❤️

See you next week.

Love,
Colin AKA Clubber the Flump 🐾❤️

“I don’t have time” is one of the easiest excuses to hide behind.

No time to train.
No time to prep your food.
No time to get your steps in.
No time to do the cardio.

But somehow there’s time to scroll for an hour, binge another episode on Netflix or spend half the weekend drinking.

The reality is, we ALL have things going on. Work, family, relationships, responsibilities… life is busy.

But you make time for what matters to you.

You don’t need endless free time to get results. You need to stop waiting for your schedule to magically clear and start making your goals a priority.

Because if it’s important enough, you’ll find the time.

If it isn’t, you’ll find the excuse. 👊🏻

You won’t always feel motivated. You won’t always feel ready. And some days, doing what needs to be done will be the last thing you fancy.

But those days matter the most.

Every time you stop negotiating with yourself and follow through anyway, you’re building discipline, confidence and trust in yourself.

Your goals don’t need more excuses.

They need you to keep showing up, especially when it would be easier not to. 👊🏻

A lot of people think the goal of an RDL is to get the dumbbells as close to the floor as possible.

It isn’t.

The goal is to load your hamstrings, not your ego.

If your lower back is giving up before your hamstrings, there’s a good chance your setup or ex*****on needs work.

The biggest mistake I see?

People chase depth instead of tension.

The dumbbells drift away from the body, they lose control of the hinge, and suddenly the lower back is doing all the work.

Instead, focus on this:

✅ Soft bend in the knees.
✅ Push your hips back, don’t squat down.
✅ Keep the dumbbells close to your legs.
✅ Only lower as far as you can whilst keeping tension in your hamstrings.

Remember, the deepest rep isn’t the best rep.

The rep that keeps tension where you actually want it is.

Save this for your next lower body session and let me know if you feel the difference. 👊🏻

Save this post and send it to someone who needs this!

When Jamie first reached out, he wasn’t looking for anything fancy.

He just wanted to get stronger, feel more confident in the gym, and stop second-guessing himself every time he trained.

Fast forward to now…

The numbers on the bar have gone up, his confidence has grown, and training has become something he genuinely looks forward to instead of something he has to force himself to do.

But the biggest transformation isn’t just physical.

It’s the consistency he’s built. The routine he’s created. The trust he’s developed in both the process and himself.

Results like this don’t come from finding the perfect programme. They come from showing up, staying accountable, and putting in the work week after week.

Proud of everything you’ve achieved so far, Jamie.

If his story resonates with you DM me the word “TRANSFORM” today! Only 2 spots available for August!

🐶 The Adventures of Colin AKA Clubber the Flump – Episode 27
Evening everyone! 👋🏻

Thought I’d give you all a little update on my week…

⚖️ First things first… I’m now 6.1kg! Dad keeps saying I’m “just a little sausage,” but I’m pretty sure I’m built like a bodybuilder now.

🦷 I’ve officially learned to brush my own teeth. Dad bought me a toothbrush but, to be fair, I mostly just chew it. Same result… fresh breath, I reckon.

🥩 My Marley Bones meal prep delivery arrived this week too. Dad says I’ve got a better diet than most of his clients. I don’t know what that means, but the food disappears pretty quickly.

🖤 I got my very own TeamCal507 hoodie. Safe to say I look absolutely class. I reckon I’ll be coaching online by Christmas.

☕ We headed down to Cullercoats for my favourite treat… a pup cup! I still don’t understand why humans drink coffee instead of whipped cream.

🐶 Best bit of the week though… I met Nova! We had a proper sniff, a little play, and we’re officially best mates now. Dad says I’ll have loads of doggy pals before long, but Nova’s got first place in the friendship league.

🦴 I’ve also discovered that chewing a bone is even better if it’s balanced on Dad’s face while he’s trying to relax. It’s called multitasking.

❤️ Dad says I’m growing up too fast. I don’t really understand what he means because I still sleep on his chest, steal his socks, put my paw on his face when I want attention, and make sure I’m touching him whenever I’m chewing something.

Life’s pretty good.

See you next week…

Love,
Colin AKA Clubber the Flump 🐾❤️

P.S. Dad keeps telling everyone he’s rescued me… but between the cuddles, pup cups, my Marley Bones meals, my TeamCal507 hoodie and my new best mate Nova… I think I’ve trained him far better than he’s trained me. 😂🐶❤️

6 brutal truths that will change your life if you actually accept them 👀👊🏼

1. You’re not tired. You’re avoiding the work.
Most people don’t need more rest. They need less scrolling and fewer excuses. Your phone isn’t helping you recover. It’s helping you procrastinate.

2. Nobody is coming to save you.
Not your coach. Not your partner. Not Monday. Not the perfect plan. If you want a different life, you have to take responsibility for creating it.

3. Stop waiting for motivation.
You don’t brush your teeth because you’re motivated. You do it because it’s a habit. Your training, nutrition and mindset should be no different.

4. Potential means nothing without ex*****on.
You can have the biggest goals, the best intentions and the perfect vision. None of it matters if you don’t take action.

5. Courage comes before confidence.
You’ll never think your way out of fear. You build confidence by doing the thing anyway. Action first. Confidence follows.

6. Your habits decide your future.
You aren’t what you say you’ll do. You are what you repeatedly do. Your daily routine is creating the person you’ll become.

Read that again.

The life you want isn’t built in one big moment.
It’s built by the decisions you make when nobody’s watching.

👇 Which truth do you think most people need to hear? Let me know in the comments.
