Well that’s it…

Colin AKA Clubber the Flump has officially gone full diva.

14 weeks old ( today) and he’s already got his food delivered straight to the door by Butternut Box.

Meanwhile I’m still having to cook my own. 🤣

In the last week alone he’s had breakfast at The Lock, a puppachino at Woods, puppy school on Sunday, Sunday dinner at his Grandma’s, made a load of new pals in the park, and now he’s got his own personalised food delivery turning up at the house. Oh and met Maddie the frenchie too

Not bad for a little sausage dog who spends most of his day either asleep, causing chaos, or sitting staring at us like i owe him money.

Safe to say he’s settled in just fine.

Spoilt?

Aye.

Worth it?

Every single minute. ❤️🐾

Align your knees and toes, pointing them outward to target different areas of the quads.

Grip the handles and pull yourself in tight so you don't lift out the chair as the weight gets heavier.

Spend time in the top position, squeezing your quads to shift emphasis away from the knees.

From fearing food to eating double and looking the best she ever has 🔥

I've worked with Jen before during a fat loss phase but this time was different. This time it wasn't just about changing her body. She wanted the mindset shift too 💪

3 weeks ago I bought a little dachshund called Colin ( AKA Clubber the Flump.

I thought I was getting a dog...

Turns out I got a best mate.

He’s chewed me carpet, attacks me bedding, follows us everywhere and thinks personal space is optional 🤣

But he’s also taught us something.

Dogs don’t care what you’ve got in the bank.
They don’t care what car you drive.
They don’t care how many followers you’ve got.

They care if you’re there.

Whether we’re sat in a coffee shop, at puppy class, out for a walk or crashed out on the sofa, this little lad is happiest when he’s with his dad.

And if I’m honest, I think I’m just as happy when he’s with me.

People say dogs are just pets.

Nah.

They’re family.
