One of my favourite things about this space is that for 30–45 minutes you get to switch off from everything else, move your body and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

I thought I'd introduce myself as I'm the new Assistant Manager here at PureGym Northampton Weston Favell! 💙

I'm so excited to be joining the team and can't wait to meet you all over the next few weeks. One of my favourite parts of this job is getting to know our members, so if you see me around the club, please come and say hello!

I'm really passionate about health and fitness, and I love hearing people's stories - what brought them into the gym, what they're working towards, and how I can help support them along the way. Whether you have a question, need a hand with something, or just fancy a chat about health, fitness, or life, my door is always open.
