After getting their league campaign underway with a win at Little Melton, the lads head to Swaffham for round two, while the 2nd XV enjoy a weekend off.

It’s been brilliant having so much support on the sidelines at home, and we’d love to see plenty of Crus making the trip to Swaffham this Saturday! 💚💛

We’re incredibly grateful to Cllr Kathryn Cross and South Norfolk Council for their support and for awarding Crusaders over £22,000 through the Community Facilities Grant. 💚💛

A huge thank you also to Cllr Kathryn Cross and Cllr David Bills for their additional support through their ward member funds.

As a grassroots rugby club, funding like this makes such a difference. It allows us to continue investing in our facilities and creating a club that our minis, youth, women’s and senior teams – as well as the wider local community – can enjoy for years to come. 🏉

A special thank you also goes to committee member Mark Buckton, who oversees our Youth Boys, for all the work he’s put in behind the scenes to help secure this funding and make it all happen. We really appreciate everything you’ve done for the club, Mark! 💚💛

Thank you Kathryn for championing Crusaders and recognising what our club brings to Little Melton and the surrounding community. It was also lovely to welcome you down to the club yesterday to watch the game – we hope you enjoyed your afternoon with us! 🙌🏼
