This stance is slightly more squared than a traditional boxing stance, sharing similarities with the Peek-a-Boo style. It provides greater mobility, improved balance, and is especially effective when fighting in confined spaces.
The stance uses a 70/30 weight distribution from the back leg to the front leg, creating the perfect blend of power, movement, and stability. This allows you to generate force while staying mobile and ready to react at all times.
