Our classes are totally flexible, you don't have to commit to a course, but we do need you to pre-book � Our classes are available to purchase individually, or we offer bundles and memberships to reduce the cost. Our studio is newly refurbished with premium equipment, great lighting, a 7m mirror wall and X-Pert Pro put-away poles. We have 5x Chrome poles and 1x Stainless steel pole for those with a nickel allergy. We have free onsite parking and toilet / changing facilities in the studio. Our instructors and studio are fully qualified.

our October schedule is live!! here’s all the deets and treats…

🎃 Kalene is teaching a SHAPES workshop on Thursday 8 October, 20:30 - 21:30. For anyone booked onto the November photoshoot, this is perfect for getting ideas. if you’re not coming to the shoot, you can still come along and nail some poses for the grammm.

👻 Intermediate 1 on Thursday 15 October, 19:15 - 20:15 will be an optional HEELS class. No kneepads required.

🎃 intro to pole this month is Thursday 15th October! if you’ve been thinking of starting, get booked 🤍🤍

💀 Maddie is running a freestyle workshop on Friday 16 October, 19:15 - 20:15. anyone can free-style!! and this is a fun and safe space to learn and try it out. + if you fancy giving free-styling a whirl at our halloween party this is perfect!!

🎃 Dani will be doing a spooky choreo on Wednesday 21 October, 19:15 - 21:15. fancy dress welcome!!

👻 Elements will be closed on Saturday 24 October as Dani will be supporting at BPIC.

💀HALLOWEEN PARTY our annual halloween party is on Friday 30 October, 19:00. It’s free to attend and you can book on Gymcatch. all the details are on the event listing for you!
