✨ Try these 5 cues:

1️⃣ Keep your knees at roughly 90° at the top.
2️⃣ Turn your toes out slightly (if it feels comfortable for you).
3️⃣ Tuck your pelvis and brace your core.
4️⃣ Keep your chin gently tucked.
5️⃣ Think forwards and backwards, not just up and down.

Your glutes should be doing the work, not your lower back. 🔥
