Bring your children to experience Kids Yoga while you get a workout on the Reformer!
Our qualified children’s yoga teacher, Anna, will calm your children in our Mat room with yoga and art to keep them entertained.
Meanwhile you can try a Reformer Pilates class next door with our instructor Ella.
All you need to do is purchase a credit or membership for Reformer Pilates and then pay £3 per child on the day.

SUMMER SCULPT PARTY 🪩
Come and have some sweaty fun at our SCULPT party!
Taking place in our large reformer room, we workout in disco lights with big music and epic vibes!
Sculpt is a mix of HIIT and Pilates to workout your whole body, improve your mobility and flexibility while increasing your stamina and bodyweight strength!

Kids Yoga Club with Anna 🧘♀️♥️✨
Fridays at 10am this summer holidays!
For just £3 per child, you can workout on the reformer while they have a 45 minute calming session of yoga, art and other entertainment provided by our qualified child yoga teacher (who also works as a teachers assistant in a primary school) in the room next door at Vixxen Studios!
Just use your existing credit or buy a Drop In reformer credit to book your place and we will contact you about your child or children 🧒👧
Find the ‘KIDS CLUB RP SESSION’ on the GymFlow app to book your slot on Fridays at 10am starting 31st July!
