Third Party Protection - Part 2! 🥊
🤔 Question: What is “Brief from the Chief”?

For this part of class we looked at dealing with an Attacker holding our friend/VIP in a rear headlock! In this scenario we’re already very late to the party - and are looking at two solutions to solve this problem. 🥊

Side choke release with a side kick as the finishing mode! 🥊

Here I demonstrated the basic side choke release, adding the side kick as part of the finishing mode. This also led to a mini side brief on sending a good side kick. 🥊

Here I demonstrated foot work to get in front of a friend/loved one in order to protect them. As well as 3 concepts for finishing modes. Shove back and create space to deescalate, Strikes to neutralise the threat, finally a soft takedown option. 🥊
