Great fun running this workshop yesterday! I ran a 90-minute self-defence workshop for women. Designed to teach fundamental self-defence skills women actually need. ✅
Our attendees loved this workshop - I hope to see them all back next month for the next workshop!

As well as running a workshop for our students - Matthew Chapman (AKA MittMaster) delivered training to some of our instructors and assistants 🥊
Matt covered dirty fighting and in-fighting skills drawing from FMA. This was an incredibly fun subject for our team, giving us great insight and more skills to add to our arsenal. 💪
Thank you Matt for an awesome student workshop and an incredible instructor workshop. We enjoyed every strike, wrench, break and hamstring tear 🤣

There was a time I was nervous to get started too.
Take it from someone who’s gone from being the guy who trains quietly in the corner of class - to the guy leading the class. KRAV MAGA IS LIFE CHANGING! 🥊
Confidence grows, fitness increases, lifestyle improves, personal safety solidifies.
It all started when my mentor and friend Tony saw my potential, and gave me the tools to access it.
Now I do my best to continue that legacy by giving these tools to others.

Very proud of my instructor team as we complete another Instructor update - this time lead by the legendary Yan Tevini. Expert Level 5 and CEO of KMG (Krav Maga Global). 💪
Our team has taken lots of great information away, we look forward to introducing some of this material in our classes. ✅
It’s a common misbelief that when someone becomes an instructor they reach the end of their journey. In fact it’s quite the opposite. The journey continues as we continue to train and learn - it just takes a shift into a higher level of responsibility…
Responsibility to our students to ensure what we teach and how we train them not only works, but is the most efficient and up to date solutions and training methods...
Our club has high standards for this, so we continuously invest into our own training time and time again. Learning new and improved ways to delivery material and a higher quality…
This weekend we invested our time and focus into this KMG UK instructor update. Come next weekend our students will start sharing in those benefits. ✔️
