What an absolute whirlwind the last few weeks have been.
Not only did you take on the challenge of going from the couch to a 5K, but you did it in the evenings, right in the middle of the World Cup. That is a whole new level of dedication!

🎓 To Our Couch to 5K Graduates: You Beat the Distraction!

Let’s be honest: when the sun goes down and a massive tournament is on the TV, the temptation to stay glued to the sofa with a cold drink is real.

Instead, you laced up your trainers, stepped out into the evening air, and chose to put the miles in.

You chose the running track over the pitch: While the rest of the world was watching others run around a pitch, you were out there doing it yourself.

You conquered the mental game: Trading prime-time relaxation for interval training takes serious grit.
You are officially a runner: You pushed through the tired evenings and the distraction of the tournament to cross your own personal finish line.

You should be incredibly proud of your discipline. You didn't just complete a 5K course—you completed it on "hard mode."

🧡 To Our Amazing Volunteers

An achievement this big doesn't happen without a world-class support squad. To our incredible team of volunteers who gave up their evenings to coach, marshal, pace, and cheer: THANK YOU.

You missed kickoff times, delayed your evening plans, and stood out there in the fading light to make sure every single runner felt safe, supported, and motivated.

Your energy, high-fives, and endless enthusiasm were the ultimate assist. We truly could not have done this without you.
