With the hot weather forecast for Wednesday and Thursday this week we want to express the importance of staying hydrated and safe in the sun! ☀️

We love that your teams get to experience sports in hotter weather ⚽️ however please ensure that your child or player has access to water (we have a water fountain in our hallway), and have staggered shaded breaks during training to avoid over heating! 🌡️

It is also important to keep yourselves safe from the sun as much as it is for them! 🙌
