Sleep struggles? You’re not alone… and you don’t have to just “wait it out.” 😅

We’re really pleased to have Lucy, our toddler sleep coach, in with us on the last Friday of every month at Wild Things Play Project.

Lucy works with families of little ones aged 1–5, helping with real-life sleep challenges — no harsh methods, no unrealistic routines… just practical support that actually fits around family life.

She can help with things like:
🌙 Bedtime battles that seem to go on forever
🌙 Little ones waking multiple times a night
🌙 5am starts becoming the norm (we feel you 😴)
🌙 Nap transitions and dropping naps altogether
🌙 Sleep regressions, separation anxiety, and tricky routines
🌙 Moving from cot to bed without chaos

If sleep has become a bit of a struggle at home, this is a really supportive, judgement-free place to start.

On Wednesday we welcomed this lovely bunch from Friends r us. Our cafe space is a great place for meeting friends for coffee and cake. If you have a larger group and would like us to reserve tables please do get in contact.

We love working with brilliant local organisations… and this is a lovely one for families.

Our friends at Theatre Royal Plymouth are bringing The Enormous Turnip to the stage from 31 March, and they’ve created some special colouring sheets for the children to enjoy here at Wild Things Play Project.

Keep an eye out for the posters in the venue, and if you’ve got little ones who love stories, songs and a bit of silliness, it looks like a great show.
