This inspiring novel is based on personal experiences dealing with Ataxia—a rare disability that changes every aspect of an individual's life. What is truly incredible is that Sam wrote this entire book in just a single year! ✍️💨

It was a pleasure to attend .library to hear him read a section and explain the "behind the scenes" of his author's journey. Hearing what motivated him to make that leap was powerful. 💪

Well done to everyone today it was tough and intense day! Everyone played really well!

It's great to see how such a new inexperienced team have grown together. Even with a few players short they still managed to hold their own and put up a good fight. So incredibly proud!

With the only way being up we are all excited to see where we go next!

A big congratulations to Ben one of our volunteers who stepped in and up in a moment of need for GBWR during today's WR5s! With an official short Ben stepped in learning on the spot while simultaneously being bench staff for the Hawks as well!

The Hawks are bursting with pride today! 🦅 One of our own had the incredible pleasure of being a torchbearer for the 2026 Winter Paralympics! ❄️🏅

​It’s not every day you get to see a teammate carry the flame, and keeping it a surprise until now made it even more legendary! 😂 What a huge accomplishment and a powerful reminder that there are truly no limits to what we can achieve. 💪🔥
