Additional training for juniors and adults this coming Sunday 12th of July.

We will cover most areas of your TKD but not breaking.

The venue is the Nuffield Health centre the Devonshire sports club at Derriford in Plymouth. PL6 8BD

Please arrive by 1:15pm to start at 1:30pm.

You do not need sparring kit. You can wear t shirts.

The cost is £12 per person. Cash on the day is fine or transfer to these details

From tomorrow we have 2 weeks of venue changes. Both Tuesday's will be at the Liskerrett centre. Both Thursday's will be at Duloe Jubilee centre. We will be operating usual training times. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope you can make it. Duloe has plenty of parking.

We have been asked to remind you that the spaces outside the Liskerrett are for disabled parking only. Please park in Westbourne and walk over. Parents, feel free to drop the kids off and go park up. Or just collect at the end of class.

Class is still on tonight with our adjusted times.

Junior TKD & Adult TKD 5-6pm
Adult TKD & Fitness Kickboxing 6-7pm

If you're coming, please wear shorts and t-shirt and make sure you are hydrated. Bring plenty of fluids. We will take it easy again. No pressure to come to class. We understand you having the night off.

Adult TKD can come in at 5pm to do some extra training alongside the juniors if you wish so.
