Here is how the YCSPL’s Team of the Weekend looks for week 17!

Well done to everyone who has been chosen 🙌🏼

🏏 The girls were back in action on Sunday at Ackworth! 🏏

We had teams from Oulton, Wrenthorpe, Castleford, Pledwick and Selby joining us, and all of the girls played amazingly! 👏

This team hasn’t been together for very long, and some of the girls had never even played cricket before — but they absolutely smashed it! 💪🏏

It’s fantastic to see how quickly they are learning, growing in confidence and, most importantly, enjoying the game. ❤️

If your daughter is interested in giving cricket a go, please get in touch! It doesn’t matter if they’ve never picked up a bat or ball before, or if they know absolutely nothing about the game.

We’ll give them everything they need to learn, develop and enjoy playing cricket. 🏏🙌

Our 1st XI beat Farmsfield in the ECB National T20 first round and our Sunday XI won at Warmsworth today.
