This is a challenging class, open to beginners but prepare to work hard!!! You will learn how to safely control the reformer & perfect the movement to get the best out of each exercise. This is Reformer Pilates, not gym exercises on a reformer. If you have been looking at trying Reformer Pilates, come & do the real thing.

For the past 8 years I’ve helped women rebuild strength, confidence and trust in their bodies after pregnancy.
From healing diastasis recti to strengthening the pelvic floor, my pre & postnatal Pilates sessions focus on helping your body recover, move well and feel strong again.
But it’s about more than just exercise. It’s about creating a safe, supportive space where women can move, learn, share experiences and support each other through this incredible stage of life.
There’s always plenty of laughter… and usually a few baby cuddles for me too 🤍
If you’re pregnant or newly postnatal and looking for safe, supportive movement, I’d love to welcome you to class.

My Men’s Reformer Pilates class runs Thursdays at 7.45am at , St Albans.
Perfect if you’re new to Pilates — beginners are very welcome. Expect expert guidance, focused movement and a great way to build strength and mobility.

Exciting update! My Pregnancy Pilates class is moving to Wednesdays at 5pm from January. Same lovely Pilates Workshop venue, different day and time. Can’t wait to welcome new mums-to-be!
