Another in person posing session with Chloe and a brand new routine. 🔥
The difference in Chloe’s physique since the last time she stepped on stage is incredible. Not only has her physique levelled up, but the way she performs, presents herself and carries her posing has come on massively too, and I can’t wait for it all to be presented on stage! 🤩
Now it’s all about the fine details. ✨
Weekly sessions mean we can keep refining every pose, every transition and every moment on stage until everything is second nature. Stage presence is built through repetition, and Chloe is putting in the work every single week. 👌🏽

9 weeks and 2 days postpartum. 💗
I’m finally at a point where I can slowly start increasing the load and intensity in my training. I’m feeling stronger every week, not just physically, but mentally too. I’m giving myself permission to push a little harder again.
I’m definitely still relearning some movement patterns after months of pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy. Certain lifts feel different, but that’s okay. It’s actually the perfect opportunity to strip everything back, focus on my technique, and rebuild strong movement patterns before chasing numbers.
There’s absolutely no rush. I’m not pushing loads for the sake of it or training to failure yet. Recovery is still the priority when you’re running on newborn sleep. 😅
Nutrition wise, I’m not dieting. I’m sitting around maintenance calories and letting my body naturally recomp as the weeks go by. Of course, the athlete in me would love to jump straight into a fat loss phase, but breastfeeding comes first. As someone who naturally has a lower milk supply, I don’t want to risk reducing it further by creating a calorie deficit.
A little win this week though… I pumped 5oz from ONE b**b! 🤩 That might not sound like much to some, but I usually pump around 5oz combined across both breasts over six pumping sessions a day. Seeing that progress felt huge and reminded me that all the feeding, pumping and persistence is paying off. ❤️
A little physique update too… I’m currently sitting around 9lbs above my pre pregnancy weight. My body composition is completely different right now, but I’m honestly not worried. My physique isn’t gone, it’s simply adapting after growing and feeding my little girl.
There’s no finish line. My body will come back in its own time, and for now I’m just grateful for everything it’s done. 🕰️🤍

A little snippet of life recently 💛
Navigating the newborn trenches, finding some sort of routine, and figuring out how to fit in work, training, family time, and seeing the people I love, all whilst making Effie girl my number one priority 🫶🏼
It’s definitely not perfect, and some days go completely to plan… 😅 But we’re slowly finding our feet and settling into this new chapter.
Taking it one day at a time and soaking up all the little moments along the way ✨

“I was told I was only 4cm… but my body was already pushing.” 🤍
This labour taught me more about trusting my body than anything ever has.
There were moments I truly thought I couldn’t do it. Moments my mind nearly gave up. Moments I nearly asked for more pain relief because the intensity felt overwhelming.
But my body knew exactly what it was doing… even when the numbers didn’t match how I felt.
Back to back labour.
A jump from 4–5cm to 9cm.
And then suddenly… she was here 🤍
The biggest lesson?
Birth doesn’t always follow a textbook.
And sometimes your body is doing far more than anyone can physically measure.
So grateful for my incredible midwives, my mum, and Nathan for keeping me grounded when my mind was slipping 🤍
And to my baby girl…
you made me discover a strength I never knew I had.
The female body is truly incredible.
