Embodied Voice is a very gentle, small group space - just 10 people - where we work with breath, grounding, movement and voice - there’s absolutely no singing experience needed.
It’s not about performance at all. It’s about supporting the nervous system and feeling more connected in your body.
We might do simple grounding practices, breath work, gentle movement, and then explore sound - like toning, chanting, or seasonal songs.
Everything is optional. You can take part in whatever way feels right for you.
You’re welcome exactly as you are.
You can be seated, standing, or just resting and listening.

Join us in a restorative, embodied space for anyone curious about voice, breath and seasonal practice in a held ceremonial setting in Airy Fairy, Sheffield.
Our next gentle, seasonal workshop is on Sunday 28th June.
We are exploring breath, grounding, movement and voice as tools for nervous system support and inner connection.
This is a small, supportive group (max 10) and is not about singing or performance. Instead, we explore simple practices including breath work, gentle movement, toning, chanting and seasonal songs to help you settle, regulate and reconnect 🌿
