I mean, what else can I say other than let the post set the tone. Taken back by such a rewarding message.

This lad, not enough words to describe how great of a character he is. Wanted to work and has continued to do so, set back after set back.

One thing I wanna touch on is his resilience, G hasn’t had it easy being ‘different’ from the rest due to his early development in his height, he was scrutinised for it of some player / parents and that mentally played its part unfortunately.

But with some strong words, encouragement and the will to prove himself, he used it to his advantage and just drove even harder.

George, you’re a legend mate.

It’s with great regret, we will lose one of the best coaches to come through RH Private Coaching, but with great pride we watch Ross grow into his next chapter of the journey.

We are so proud to see Ross grow into one of the best S&C Coaches for our young players, who was actually convinced to come and give it a go! For a lad who had never coached anyone, you would never have thought it the way he captured it right away. We trusted him, he backed himself and what a year or so it’s been.

Naturally, Ross is now looking at exploring his venture into providing PT services (alongside working as a welder full time!) which is more directed towards the Running & Fitness community as this is what he lives and breathes, which we absolutely support and can’t wait to see him smash. Only so many hours in a day.

He has so much exciting news coming, drop his account a follow and wait for these amazing opportunities to work with a top class coach of that’s what you’re into!
