Jay has just successfully completed the UTS 100 but, 6 months ago, he questioned if he could make it to the start line!

Maybe itās not a bike fit issue, maybe itās a YOU issue and you just have some big imbalances/weakness
Itās that time of year where the weather picks up, the TT bike comes off the turbo and you start riding longer on it. You may have even completed your first few events.
Thatās also the time you realise the turbo has helped mask a few issues being in a fixed position that now tend to show up under fatigue or longer durations.
Thatās why itās not always a bike fit issue, it could be a you issue.
