Contrary to popular belief, yoga is not a competitive sport for the world’s bendiest humans. 🤸‍♀️
The goal isn’t to fold yourself in half. It’s to unfold your mind a little.
To sit with stillness. To breathe through discomfort. To realise that sometimes doing less is actually doing more.
And if you fall out of a pose, laugh and get back in. That’s yoga too. 😌
i’ve been going through some old videos and found a little play on the Yoga wheel.
I think I need to get it back out! It’s been too long and the Yoga wheel poses and family are always fun

I’ve missed my yoga - hopefully now it’s the holidays I can find more time to practice for myself
Teaching is my passion whether in the gyms, classroom or outside but learning and playing is also beautiful

A new guilty pleasure !

Spinning! 🫶🏼

I’ve always thought myself to be more of a holistic and spiritual lady of late however rhythm classes unlock my inner raver ! The release of happy hormones like serotonin, dopamine make me feel fantastic during and after these classes

We all need to maintain some cardiovascular exercise as well as stretching , strengthening and toning our muscles as only one specific type of exercise is not adequate- especially being in our 40s like me!

The classes aim always to lowest stress whilst releasing those happy hormones for us all to vibe together with uplifting music , energy and pulses pushing !

My guilty pleasure right here 😌🔥
