We're swapping venues this week for our weekly Zumba fix so please don't turn up at Yardleywood Social Club unless you want to be at someone elses party🤣🤦‍♀️Both classes will be at Shirley Royal British Legion at 6.30-7.30pm for this week only. We all definitely walked out like this tonight 🥵 we had a fantastic first class back especially with our new warm up, we welcomed new participants who already booked in for Wednesday's class, it seemed all about the arms tonight💪😊 it shows that consistency is the key for getting what you want out of our class, well done everyone, you did fabulous.
