When you're a member, this is included in your membership. The ladies do a lesson amongst themselves on Mondays. However, our lovely Allison teaches aqua on Wednesday and Friday.

Aqua Times are as follows:

Monday- 12:15- 13:00
Wednesday- 12:15- 13:00
Friday- 10:30- 11:15

On Wednesday May 6th Danniella & Jess had to perform CPR on a leisure member who had collapsed in the male changing rooms. Both of them kept calm, and managed the situation with amazing team work. The member is slowly in the mend and recovering at home with his family. His daughters have since been into club to thank them both, in their words “we still have a dad, thanks to you both” What they both did was truly amazing, as their manager I am immensely proud of them both.
