☀️ It’s gonna be an absolute scorcher this week… so here’s your reminder from Blue Dragon Dojo 👇

🧠 DON’T PASS OUT DRAMATICALLY MID-ROUND
Seriously though, hydration is massively important, especially during training in hot weather.
Make sure you:
✅ Bring water to class
✅ Drink throughout the day (not just during training)
✅ Replace electrolytes if you’re sweating loads
✅ Listen to your body
And no… energy drinks and 4 coffees don’t count 😌
