We are driven to provide a safe and inclusive environment for girls who find mixed classes to be a barrier against accessing combat sport in Southampton.

As a female owned and run club, this feels like an important offering for us to our community of young women and girls, who often feel that a mixed training environment is a barrier to the world of martial arts for them.

A big congratulations to all of our students who have worked so hard this term, with many earning their next belt progressions 💪🏼

I always remind our parents and students in class that we are celebrating EVERYONE'S dedication, passion and effort, even if they didn't quite reach their first or next belt. Each student develops at a different pace! What is truly important to us is that they are all enjoying positive, physical activity, and forming a positive relationship with exercise at an early age.
