Meet your MRP Run Leader 👋 Emily Mylchreest | Isle of Man
Mud pits, wild wallabies and secret birdwatchers. Wednesday nights on the Isle of Man are not what you'd expect - and that's entirely the point. 🦆
We asked Emily to sum up her MRP group in three words and she gave us: hilarious, joyful, quirky - and then her very next answer proved all three.
Her standout memory from 2025? Watching Sam Bowers launch himself into a mud pit in South Barrule Forest, extend his run while still dripping mud, spot a wild wallaby on the way back, and then casually reveal he's a secret birdwatching fanatic. Truly a man of many surprises. 😂
Why join Emily's group? "Genuinely one of the silliest, happiest corners of the week." You'll laugh more than you planned, forget whatever stress you arrived with, and there's a strong chance you'll end up covered in mud. Chaotic, wholesome and weirdly therapeutic. ✨
