20 year old me would never believe I’d be at the gym on a Sunday morning 🤯😂
And yknow what, I wish I’d been living this life sooner.
Taking my health & fitness seriously instead of spending my weekends either drunk or hungover.
So this is your reminder if you’ve got the Sunday scaries - it doesn’t have to be that way 💜

When this client first started with me she refused to take her check in photos without a baggy T-shirt and leggings on to cover her up - that’s how uncomfortable she was in her own body.
Fast forward a year & a half - she’s now working the camera like a professional model!!! 🔥🔥
7kg down
7.5cm off her waist
AND she’s managed to maintain that result for 10months!!
That’s right - she didn’t actually diet for this photoshoot because we had already got her to where she wanted to be 🤯
So she went into this shoot eating well over 2000 calories per day
Not only that she’s become a confident weight lifter (completing her 250th session today!!) & has added regular running to her training.
Oh and did I mention she’s 57?
Not bad for a woman who’s nearly 60, right?! (Her words!)
So for those who think it may be “too late” or you’re destined to feel like this forever - it’s not & you don’t have to! ❤️

You might look at this and think “omg I could never” 😵 and honestly, I’d have said that once too!
But when you graft hard in the gym, build your confidence levels and get the body you’ve always dreamed of, damn right you’re gonna feel good enough to push the boundaries a bit!
So this is your sign if you’ve ever thought “I wish” that actually, you can 💜

✨ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT - ADELE ✨

25cm down on her waist!! 🤯
& a whole new mindset
Adele’s journey has not always been easy as mum to a little boy, a highly stressful job & navigating adhd & anxiety
BUT her consistency and determination has shone through - and we ain’t done yet baby!
To make this work for her we put a real focus on learning about nutrition & how to properly fuel her body - stepping back from the convenience of frequent takeaways & adding more home cooked simple meals.
We started with home workouts, then worked her up to gym sessions - which she now does 3 times per week and loves feeling STRONG!
And she’s officially out of size 18s and into size 12s!!! 👏🏼
We’ve also completely reworked her mindset- she’s gone from a girl who struggled to get out of the rut, to a women who believes she is capable of anything!
So proud of you girl - the sky is truly the limit now 💜

Gemma did her first photoshoot last year which we dieted hard for, however the last 8 months have been about holding those results - which she has done perfectly!
The diet should not last forever girls!!
Once you’ve got your results, maintenance is where it’s at! More food, better energy & more strength - all while keeping the progress you’ve made!
So proud of you & all you do Gemma! It’s an absolute pleasure to coach you 🥰❤️ can’t wait to see what we achieve next!
