October Sports Camp – Sign Up Now!

We know we’re a little late getting our October camp out there… but there’s still time to get organised! 🍂🎾

Looking for something fun and active for the October holidays? Our October Sports Camp is back!

Designed for children aged 5–13, our camps are packed with a variety of fun, active sessions to keep children engaged, learning new skills and making friends in a safe and welcoming environment.

📅 Monday 19th – Friday 23rd October
⏰ 9am–4pm
💷 Members £140 | Non-Members £160

Whether your child already enjoys racket sports or is keen to try something new, there’s something for everyone – all led by our friendly and experienced coaching team.

Junior membership is just £75 per year, so if your child enjoys the camp, it’s a great time to join the club too.

Spaces are limited and our camps fill up quickly, so now’s the time to get organised and book your child’s place!

We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone who has registered for our 50th Anniversary Drinks Reception and celebrating this special milestone together.

| Sports Psychology Series- Workshops for Club Members |

We are really excited to be working with Brad Fullarton, who is a HCPC-registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist and founder of Ambition Sport Psychology, who has created three workshops that are designed to help athletes understand themselves, their patterns and behaviours, and how these influence both performance and wellbeing.

Session Details are as follows:

Session 1 - Being Mindful (Wed 7th October 7pm – 830pm); Forthbank Stadium

Session 2 - Mind Management for Performance (Wed 28th October 7pm – 830pm); Venue TBC

Session 3 - Coping with Pressure (Wed 18th November 7pm – 830pm); Forthbank Stadium

Sessions are free of charge to participants within CSS affiliate clubs who are over the age of 16 and are accessible to athletes of all abilities who are interested in the topic.

The Young People’s Sport Panel provides a national platform to represent the diverse voices of young people across Scotland aged 14-23.

The panel role lasts for 2 years, with this cohort running from January 2027 to December 2028.

The role of the panel is to help influence and shape the future of sport in Scotland by contributing to sportscotland's outcomes of participate, progress and achieve and to raise the profile of sport.

The panel bring their voices and experiences to the development of policies, programmes and projects.
