WHAT A WEEKEND FOR STRENGTH ASYLUM 🔥🏆
While we had members making noise on the bodybuilding stage… we also had members stepping onto one of the biggest strongman stages in the country and delivering.
Huge congratulations to who put together an unbelievable performance to become ULTIMATE ENGLAND’S STRONGEST MAN CHAMPION 👏🏆
To come through a stacked field and take the overall title is unreal and a massive achievement. Proper hard work paying off.
And a massive shout to as well, finishing 7th overall but making his mark by taking an event win in the Pole Hoist 💪⚡
Against that level of competition, taking an event win is serious going.
Different sport, same standard.
We’re proud to have both of you representing Strength Asylum and showing exactly what this place is about.
Recover up… enjoy it… then back to work 🔥

Due to continued increases in operating costs, including council tax and staff wages, it has become necessary for us to review our pricing structure. This ensures we can maintain the high standards you expect, while continuing to invest in the facility.
Over the past 12 months, we have made significant improvements to the facility, including the addition of industry-leading equipment such as the Prime Chest Press, Prime Shoulder Press, Hammer Strength Pendulum X Squat, Hammer Strength Nordic Ham, and more. We also built our very popular Hybrid Training room, making us the place to be for all strength sports!
Looking ahead, this investment will continue. Plans are already underway to revamp the changing rooms, alongside the addition of a dedicated posing room and ab area, further improving the overall training environment for all members.
From 13/04/26, pricing for new and paid-in-full memberships will be as follows:
Direct Debit
• 1 Month Rolling – £37.50 per month
• 12 Month Contract – £32.50 per month
Paid in Full
• 1 Week – £25
• 1 Month – £40
• 3 Months – £110 (£36.66 per month equivalent)
• 6 Months – £200 (£33.33 per month equivalent)
• 12 Months – £360 (£30 per month equivalent)
What this means for existing members:
• Members on a Direct Debit without a contract will be contacted separately regarding changes to their membership.
• Members currently in a fixed-term contract will not be affected until the end of their agreed term.
These changes allow us to continue improving the gym, investing in top-tier equipment, and maintaining the clean, high-standard environment Strength Asylum is known for.
We appreciate your continued support and understanding. If you have any questions, please speak to a member of the team.
