Another brilliant performance this week from MR Albion U14 girls who worked tirelessly to maintain a clean sheet and secure the home win in the league, against an Ammanford side who made it a competitive match throughout.
Congratulations to the whole team and the deserved POTMs, which had to be shared between these two, owing to their fantastic work rate and finishing.

Our annual coaches session for the coaches in the girls section of Mumbles Rangers was again very successful. First we received an injury prevention warm up with Jordanna Roberts from the Swansea Bay physiotherapy department and after that the coaches took part in a very practical session with Roy Thomas, ex Wales manager of the women's team with several technical and tactical drills what easily could be adapted for different age groups. We also appreciated the useful coaching tips. It was an interactive and enjoyable evening. Thanks Jordanna & Roy.

Superb performance from Mumbles Rangers U15 girls this morning against Banc, who were B league champions last season and unbeaten prior to this game. We stressed to the girls that this was a potentially tricky match and that we needed to start fast. And so we did. Every single girl played well today resulting in one of our best performances.
We scored a variety of goals including a header from a corner for Maia. I thought we showed composure in possession, plenty of skill and a great will to keep pressing even when the game was won.
The game was ended by way of the mercy rule at 9-1 midway during the second half.
Banc should also be commended for carrying on and showing a great battling spirit themselves and they never gave in.
Rangers will play Tenby away next week, another exciting game to looking forward to.
Ps: Thanks Seren for the home made cookies. They were delicious. 🍪

A fantastic first outing for the newly formed Mumbles Rangers Vets team, taking part in the first league game day of the Welsh Veterans' Women's League 2026-27, and putting in a strong performance from start to finish.

The team kept two clean sheets, drawing the first game against a strong Cardiff Accies 0–0. Then, unfortunately, Mumbles lost the second game 0-2 against Cambrian. The final game saw Mumbles come back with an outstanding 2-0 win against Newton Athletic.

Every single player showed great determination and organisation throughout, thanks to the lead of the team's new coach, Elliot, who got them playing some great football.

Our new Mumbles Rangers Vets team was set up by Beth, who led by example today with a goal and an assist, while there were also several players making their debuts to football, who all played amazingly, including Hannah, who deservedly got her name on the score sheet. A brilliant start for the new team, with plenty of positives to build on!

Our ladies came away today with a draw against Bonymaen Colts Ladies. ⚽️ A fast and physical game at Underhill, but they didn’t give up right up to the last whistle. 💪❤️🖤💛 POM goes to Mia Pritchard for her grit, determination and EXCELLENT challenges against the opposition.
Well done ladies 👏🏻

After a summer of uncertainty it was great to get 3 U9s teams out on Sunday on what was a mild but wet morning.
Brilliant to get the girls back out on the pitch doing what they enjoy with their friends and team mates.
Well played girls, some great goals and stern defending gave us a good few wins across the board. Plenty to work on in training Tuesday and looking forward to next Sunday already ❤️💛❤️💛

A great start to the season for Mumbles Albion U14 Girls. Huge shift from all of the whole team with only 1 sub yesterday, battling to the final whistle to secure their second victory in a row. Massive thank you to Tumble United for hosting and hospitality.

Our ladies excitedly began their Perago WWWGL Cup journey today having being drawn against Rosehill. In damp conditions some good football was played resulting in goals for both teams. Rosehill battled bravely and displayed both grit and determination. Our ladies came out on top and are thrilled to be through to the next round 🙌🏻
Well done to our Holly Hayward for winning Player of the Match scoring a hat trick and assisting twice ❤️💛
