AN AMAZING ACHIEVEMENT!

Everyone at Penlan is incredibly proud to see two of our former players, Lola Mitchell and Abigail Richards, representing Wales U21

What an incredible achievement for both girls! To see two players who were once part of Penlan go on to represent their country is something truly special and a moment for everyone connected with the club to celebrate.

All your hard work, dedication and passion for the game have helped you reach this fantastic milestone. We wish you both every success as you continue your football journeys!

Once Penlan, always Penlan!

⭐ MAN OF THE MATCH ⭐

A huge congratulations to Tyler Davies, who takes home today’s Man of the Match honors after an outstanding performance!

Tyler put in a fantastic shift all afternoon, topped off by an absolute moment of magic, a brilliant solo try, picking the ball up inside our own 20-metre area and carving through the opposition to go all the way! ⚡🏃‍♂️

A massive thank you to Tyler’s player sponsor, Bandy Rugby Ltd, for their fantastic support of the club! 👏

Cracking performance, Tyler!

FULL TIME | WRU NATIONAL DIVISION 4 WEST CENTRAL

It wasn't our day today as we fall 15 - 33 to a strong Cefn Cribwr AC side. A tough result to take at home, but we dust ourselves off, learn from it, and we go again! 💪🔵🟡

Match Breakdown

First Half Challenge: Cefn Cribbwr struck early with a penalty try. Penlan answered back in spectacular fashion when Tyler Davies produced an absolute moment of magic, a lovely solo try, picking the ball up inside our own 20-metre area and running it all the way in! A yellow card to Cameron Morgan gave the visitors an opening shortly after, and Cefn Cribbwr capitalized before the break with tries from Louis Jarvis, Ifan Rossiter, and Ieuan Allen.

Second Half Battle: Cefn Cribbwr extended their advantage early in the second half through Lewis Anderson. Despite the scoreline, the boys never stopped fighting, CJ Morgan showed great determination to cross for Penlan's second try, before Shadane Hixson used his blistering speed to burn past his man for a fantastic late try, showing great spirit right up to the final whistle!
