Massive shouts to my amazing client here.
Exactly 12 months apart from these pictures with 15kg off in bodyweight!! 🏆
Sharon’s been apart of the coaching team for a while now and it’s been a big journey for her.
Full transparency here, weeks of a few pounds off but then a few pounds on the following week.
In a nutshell, multiple times where admittedly she’s wanted to throw the towel in & take the easy way out.
But last year Sharon decided enough was enough. So what changed?
-She began to show up for herself and begin putting herself first ✔️
-She stopped looking for food as a way of dealing with high stress to find that shortly after the stress is even greater and instead began looking at ways to manage stress ✔️
-She started structuring the busy life with many socials every month (this lady goes out a lot okay 😳) that originally came with “I’m going to start again on Monday” and now instead planning ahead has become a staple for Sharon’s success✔️
One year on with a new mindset and outlook on what she wants from herself, Sharon is now flying with full confidence!
Now into a summer of some races being booked and maintaining her new lifestyle.

3 minutes 42 seconds PB!! For
A very solid training block went in after Emma’s first solo Hyrox in London at the end of last year.
Building a stronger aerobic base with the brush up on station work & threshold pacing.
Someone may have doubted themselves a bit before this race but the proof is in the pudding… do the work, follow the plan & results will follow!
End of the first season but plenty planned across the summer to keep on growing before the new season begins.

Wedding trim down for Josh complete ☑️
Josh has been under my coaching a few times but this time wasn’t about getting crazy lean nor losing too much of his size (the man likes to feel good in his shirts alright!🤷🏼♂️)
This time it was about being held accountable to not allow an overspill during multiple socials, holidays, weekends away and far too many stag parties through a compact period.
Yes we’ve pulled off 6/7kilos during this time but it wasn’t about being silly with this.
We tailored the plan to ensure he could enjoy these events whilst remaining in a calorie deficit that he could stick to through phases alongside maintenance where we pulled back slightly.
These types of busy schedules often lead people to throw bodyweight on and unnecessary body fat due to a lack of structure.
Not for Josh, the man’s going into the month of his wedding in full control, feeling amazing with structure & planning in advance for anything coming up.
