What a July! We completed our British Horse Society Rideathon (the link to sponsor us is still on my bio we managed 25km in July) despite having 10 days where we couldn't move as we melted! The cats have not been impressed with the heat, and I had my last month in my current job. I'll miss my team so much but it's the right move. Of course I did my usual and put a little too much pressure on myself (and Lemmy) to reach certain goals and he could feel the tension so we had cuddles yesterday during our session and it was a good learning point that you just need to take each day as it comes with him. I think he forgave me 😕
I know August will be busy learning my new job so I'm anticipating it won't be that horsey, but short term until we find our new rhythm 😀

A little non horsey life post but today was my last day in my current job, bittersweet as I'll miss my team mates so much but can't wait to start the new role next week. I think this card shows just how well my team mates know me! I absolutely love it and it really is me personified. A lovely lunch out with them yesterday plus a leaving gift made me feel so loved and appreciated 🥰
