Taunton Baseball Club Welcome to Taunton Baseball Club. We have teams for both adults and children to enjoy the sport. Games are played on Sundays.

The Taunton Muskets are proud members of the South West & Wales Baseball League (SWWBL) comprising of 8 teams across the South West and are affiliated with the British Baseball Federation (BBF). They took third place in the British Baseball Federation 2020 Open Tournament Single-A Divisional championship and have achieved a number of different championship wins over the past few years. The club welcomes new members, men and women, whatever the level of ability and previous baseball experience. Training runs typically from Spring to Autumn on Thursday evenings at Victoria Park. If you are interested in getting involved, coming to watch a game or possibly supporting us in practical ways, then feel free to get in touch.

Many thanks to the Torrington Riptides who travelled to us today to cap our season off with a fantastic day.
The first game was played in great spirits with both teams going for the win. The lead changed hands but it was the Pistol who came out on top - walking it off 10-9 with 2 outs.
Game 2 was equally as close with rookie pitchers taking the field and the bats hot, the second game was also a one-run affair with the Pistol edging it 6-5.
We will now go into hibernation for the winter and reappear in the new year and maybe the occasional Sunday morning.

We had a fantastic day today allowing children attending the cricket to give baseball a go.
We ran some pitching and hitting activities and it was great to see those transferrable skills being used brilliantly.
Many thanks to SCC for the invite.
It's not too late to join us for the end of the youth sessions which will be running until mid August at Taunton Green on Tuesdays at 5pm.

Come and say high and see if you can smash a home run into our net or take on the pitching challenge.

⚾ Swing by Taunton Green from midday to catch two games of baseball, as the Taunton Pistols host the Yeovil Whirlwinds. This will be your last chance to see the Pistols at home this season, so come down and give them some support.

🏏 If you're heading to Somerset County Cricket for the family day, be sure to stop by the Taunton Baseball stand!
