Beautiful and simple seats and impressive trick shapes, there was a bit of everything. ❤️

This class is all about learning tricks and poses that make the most of your skills and look stunning on camera. Cherry will demonstrate great lines in tricks to help you style your tricks to make them look effortless.

Expect:
💫 A selection of photogenic pole tricks and poses on the pole
💫 A selection of photogenic poses at the base of the pole
💫 Guidance on how to serve effortless face

Friday classes

💙 1pm Daytime Pole
This class is open to all levels, including complete beginners.

🔹️Warm up flow, to drill key spins and transitions. The focus here is building foundational pole flow elements, mastering them on both sides. Progressions and alternatives provided as needed.

🔹️ Poses from the Devon Pole Dance Core Syllabus, with variations provided for different levels, up to higher intermediate. The focus here is elegant and strong pole trick elements. Progressions and alternatives provided as needed.

💓 6.30pm Beginners/Improvers Beginners - Spins, transitions, seats and climbs.
Improvers You can expect cover the basics of inversions, laybacks and pole-assisted handstands.
Consistent content for each month, with a view to building the content into a cohesive tricks and flow sequence.
