Michael
Michael was my first ever client.
He had an issue where part of his radialis bone crossed over with his ulma bone. This presented some challenges but with a lot of experimenting he was able to still train upper body movements
His fitness goals was to try to get healthy and be able to still exercise with his conditions

When it comes to achieving a fitness goal. A lot of people including myself in the past looked at this pyramid upside down. Follow these step to achieve your fitness goal:
Optimise sleep ( 7-8 hrs), make sure you have macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fats) and micronutrients ( fruits and vegetables in your diet. You can still indulge in a pizza or an acholic beverage but make sure your not over consuming on these Have at least 1 litre of water a day. A human is made from 75-80% water and the rest is nutrients
Have a day where you do NEAT (Non exercise thermogenesis)- low impact training such as walking, yoga etc. This can help with recovery and can help with relive stress
Weight training. Is at the very top because if you don't address the foundations you won't be able to perform well in the weight room or in your day. The weight room is there to help improve your quality of life.
