🕑11am - We officially open the doors for the first time

🕑12pm - All abilities MMA/Muay Thai sparring class (spectators welcome)

🕑1pm-3pm - Whether your a current member, previous member, want to join or just want a nosey you're more than welcome to pop in and say hello 👋

Coaches are more than happy to introduce themselves and have a conversation

If you plan on your children joining our classes this could be a great chance for them to have a look an get used to the gym before we officially start the junior classes from the 03/09

We released our 'final' timetable this week but due to high demand we've added another new class!

Tiny Muay Thai 🙌

We're starting this from 10/09 a week after we move into our new academy

Class will be held on a Thursday at 5pm

Perfect for those ages 4-6

As mentioned we've had loads of interest in this so please let us know if you want to sign you little ones up!

Along with our Junior Muay Thai we're also starting our new Junior MMA classses at the new Academy on the 02/09!

Taken by former UK #1 and Cagewarriors World Champion

Classes will take place on Wednesday 5pm and Saturday 11am

Perfect for self defence, discipline, fitness and confidence building
