It has evolved over the last decade from looking to transcend the body as seen in the more male centric and ascetic spiritual ways to now descending into my magic and relationship with the Earth and Great Mother.

Aligning with the Equinox, the pinnacle of seasonal and cosmic balance where light and dark, day and night are equal in the measurement of time, we shall share a guided meditation to align and centre our physical, emotional/feeling, mental/psychic and Spiritual bodies, followed by an inner journey, held with traditional drumbeat to explore and call in to awareness that which assists us in maintaining a healthy balance on all levels of our being.

These Sacred Spaces, practising the Art of Inner Journey, assist immensely in expanding our Awareness and keeping the connection with our Higher Self, Inner Wisdom, and, the Trust in our Hearts to navigate our paths with the Self Empowerment and Inner Knowings that is our natural and inherent way of being.
