🕯️ Thursday 29th October A gentle monthly evening of slow, restorative yoga, candlelight and a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra.

You don’t need any yoga experience — this is suitable for complete beginners or anyone who simply needs a little time to slow down and switch off.

Gentle movements, plenty of stillness and a long guided Yoga Nidra to help you relax and settle your mind.

A chance to:
• release tension from the body
• calm a busy mind
• ease into a more restful evening
