Running Ju-Jitsu classes for ages 7 to 70. Newcomers are always welcome to attend our training sessions.
Affiliated to the World Ju-Jitsu Federation UK, Ju-Jitsu is a great way to increase fitness and confidence and also learn how to defend yourself. On Saturday the 23rd of May we held a Stall at "Wigan St Patrick's Amateur Rugby Club", big thanks to everyone who helped out.
we'll have another one on in August, hopefully we all don't get sunburnt next time!
If anyone would like to get involved with these stall events, please let me know, these are only used to promote the club, but if you'd like to help out you are more than welcome.

This week we are taking a break from old Kata & videos, instead here is a fun video demonstrating 100 different types of kicks.
How many have we done in lesson?
Most of them are in Korean in the video, to find the Japanese here's a little breakdown: Geri = Kick, Front = Mae, Side = Yoko, Back = Ushiro, Jumping/Flying = Tobi, Roundhouse = Mawashi.
I.E. Jumping Front Kick = Mae Tobi Geri.
