Here are some photos & videos from the Seminar we had last night at "WJJF - WIGAN". I just wanted to thank the guest Instructors that came to teach from Bushi Ki Ryu Ju-Jitsu Club - Honbu, "Shihan Gary Shaw", "Sensei Brad Mconville" & "Sensei Rick Hedges". Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it & learned something new!
Thank you to all the students that turned up as well.

Please remember to bring plenty of water tonight, it's going to be a hot one! Also, if anyone wishes to train in their Gi pants & a t-shirt instead of the full uniform, you may do so.

This week we are taking a break from old Kata & videos, instead here is a fun video demonstrating 100 different types of kicks.
How many have we done in lesson?
Most of them are in Korean in the video, to find the Japanese here's a little breakdown: Geri = Kick, Front = Mae, Side = Yoko, Back = Ushiro, Jumping/Flying = Tobi, Roundhouse = Mawashi.
I.E. Jumping Front Kick = Mae Tobi Geri.
