Any fitness level is welcome. You don’t need to be super fit, experienced or know what you’re doing — that’s what we’re there for!

There are 2 instructors, exercises can be adapted to suit you, and you can take a breather whenever you need one.

The aim is simple: fitness, fun and a friendly atmosphere.
