A tough afternoon on Saturday for our U14s as Hawarden Rangers took the three points with a 7–2 victory in our first home league fixture of the season.

The visitors started strongly, finding the net on 9 and 16 minutes before adding a third on 33 minutes.

Bellevue responded almost immediately through Harry W on 34 minutes, with Theo R providing the assist, but Hawarden struck again a minute later to make it 4–1.

Harry grabbed his second on 45 minutes, once again assisted by Theo, to give Bellevue hope heading into the remainder of the game.

Hawarden proved too strong on the day, adding further goals on 48, 60 and 68 minutes to complete the scoring.

Our U14s are still searching for that first league win in what is already proving to be a tough NEWJYFL U14 Division 2. Plenty of football still to be played as the team continues to adjust to their first season of 11v11 football.

🟡⚪️U15 RESULT⚪️🟡

Three games. Three wins. Top of the league.

Another excellent performance from our U15s as they made it three wins from three with an emphatic 8–0 victory away to Llay Miners Welfare.

Bellevue opened the scoring on 13 minutes through Louie J, assisted by Ethan N, before Nathaniel doubled the advantage on 21 minutes, with Junior C providing the assist.

Louie grabbed his second on 31 minutes to send Bellevue into the break with a commanding 3–0 lead.

The U15s continued where they left off after the restart. Louie completed his hat-trick on 48 minutes before adding two more on 53 and 58 minutes to complete an incredible five-goal performance.

Kai J also got on the scoresheet on 54 minutes, before Ryan J rounded off the scoring on 60 minutes to complete an impressive 8–0 victory and clean sheet.

Another three points for our U15s after a nine-goal thriller against Wrexham Foresters, making it two wins from two in NEWJYFL Division 3.

Foresters opened the scoring on 8 minutes, but Bellevue responded almost immediately. Louie J levelled on 10 minutes, assisted by Junior C, before Oliwer F struck just two minutes later to turn the game around and give Bellevue a 2–1 lead.

The hosts responded with goals on 20 and 34 minutes to take a 3–2 advantage into half-time.

Bellevue came out fighting after the break. Oliwer grabbed his second on 62 minutes, assisted by Ryan J, before Louie scored his second just three minutes later to put us back in front at 4–3.

Louie then completed his hat-trick on 71 minutes, with Ethan N providing the assist, to give Bellevue a two-goal cushion.

Foresters pulled one back deep into stoppage time on 80+2 minutes, but Bellevue held on to secure a fantastic 5–4 victory.

A frustrating evening for our U14s as they came away empty-handed despite creating plenty of chances in a narrow 4–3 defeat to Chirk Youth.

Bellevue opened the scoring on 23 minutes through Harry W, assisted by Riley H, but the lead lasted just a minute as Chirk responded to make it 1–1.

The sides remained level until half-time, before a frantic spell early in the second half changed the game. Chirk struck twice on 50 and 52 minutes to move into a 3–1 lead.

Harry W grabbed his second on 55 minutes, with Krash K providing the assist, to bring Bellevue back within one. However, Chirk responded again just a minute later to make it 4–2.

Bellevue continued to push and Morgan O found the net on 62 minutes, assisted by Harry W, to set up a big finish at 4–3.

There were plenty of chances to find an equaliser, but unfortunately we couldn’t make them count and Chirk held on to take the three points.
