Summer often means more social events, holidays, BBQs and meals out, which can make it harder to stick to your usual routines and relationship around food.

The goal isn't to be perfect, just stay mindful of your goals and values, make good choices most of the time, and enjoy the occasion without letting your choices lead to lots of guilt.

The aim is to have a happy relationship with food all year roundπŸ₯°

Nikole is the 24/7 carer for her mum, who lives with dementia, and finds the gym is an hour in the day that she can have to herself, giving her energy, helping her mental health and making her strong to help care for her mum.

Nikole says she has become so much stronger since joining - amazing work Nikole!πŸ’ͺ

How is it June next week?!

Summer gets so busy β€” weekends away, BBQs, kids off school, plans filling up fast. It’s usually when training takes a bit of a back seat.....buuuut this is where it matters most.

You just need to keep showing up. Don't think too much about it, just try and fit it in where you can - The Consistency Club baby!

Feeling strong, having energy, and actually enjoying your summer will be worth staying consistent.
