No experience needed—just come along for a fun, relaxing morning on the water. It's amazing for balance, core strength, mindfulness and connecting with nature.

🌿 Somatic Yoga & Shamanic Drumming – Tonight 🌿

Tonight I'm joining forces with my beautiful friend Deirdre, a shamanic drummer and energy healer, for a deeply nourishing evening of Somatic Yoga & Drumming.

✨ Theme: Releasing & Letting Go

Together we'll move gently, breathe deeply, and allow the powerful rhythm of the drum to help release tension, stress, and anything that no longer serves us. This is a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and simply be present.

Everything Passes 💜

This little piece of art hangs in the bathroom of my home in Ireland, and every time I see it, it makes me pause.
It was a gift from Martin, a talented artist and the partner of a dear friend with whom I trained as a yoga teacher. Martin is sadly no longer with us, but his words live on.

"Everything passes."
Joy passes. Pain passes. Fear passes. Even the hardest seasons eventually soften.
Whenever life feels overwhelming, I think of these simple words. They remind me to breathe, to trust, and to keep going.

Nothing stays the same forever.

Thank you, Martin, for leaving behind a little piece of your heart that continues to speak to mine.

🌞 International Day of Yoga & Summer Solstice Celebration 🧘‍♀️🌊✨

Join us this Saturday at 10am as we celebrate both International Yoga Day and the Summer Solstice with a beautiful beach yoga class by the sea.

Afterwards, we'll get the SUPs out for a relaxed paddle and enjoy some time together on the water. I've got a couple of new boards that need testing too! 😄
