In keeping with our mission to grow the pole and aerial community, we are joining .hk so that pole fitness will be featured for the FIRST time at Asia’s leading Expo for fitness and wellness on Nov 23 and 24! Workshops with the Pole Legendary Jeremy in Hong Kong at Tao Dance Arts on 10 Sep and 12 Sep! If ever pole is in the Olympics, would be one of our strongest contenders for 🏅. A classically trained dancer with an incredible work ethic, he’s also one of the humblest, most unassuming people you will ever meet. He’s well-respected by all the greats in the pole community and is a true artist, athlete and teacher.

Best of all, he’s deeply invested in making each of us better, no matter our starting point because of our shared goal to improve in technique and connection.

Why perform?

Performances are the ultimate test of what we work for. Practices and classes make us stronger and allow us to build muscle memory but without a performance, we never achieve that final goal of “speaking” through movement where moves we learn take on the fluency of a different meaning beyond strength and skill. Achieving that performer-audience connection and communicating beyond the physical is to touch the divine connection that electrifies a room where the skills we learn are finally in service to the creation of art.
