After a well earned break for the team we are back tonight-the focus of this week is working the clinch and defending takedowns. As well as being an accomplished boxer, Imi lichtenfeld (the creator of Krav Maga)was a national champion and represented Yugoslavia (as it was at the time) in wrestling, and was also a black belt in Judo. Knowing not only how to take someone down but also how to prevent going to the ground are vital skills for self defence. Going to be another great week of training πβοΈ

Training for this week starts tonight! Our focus for today is defending stick attacks, like many weapons, stick type objects can be easily acquired from a variety of places by a would be attacker so understanding the principles of defending against a potential attack are a key part of our system, looking forward to another great session! πβοΈ
